Some behaviors are not only damaging to your self and to others, but they are illegal as well. But I have got good news; all you need to do to break bad habits of anger is to build self-confidence and develop self-esteem. I talk about violent bad habits, which could make you go to the poky; plus I tell about self-improvement skills that use confidence-building techniques, which will help you keep your freedom, in this commentary.
Some habits bad go over the boundary of what is considered to a bad habit. Nevertheless, they are yet considered to be bad habits and you will want to avoid them. Yes, they are absolutely bad and you can call them habits because it is behavior, which consistently and persistently repeats itself. And you need to break bad habits like that before you find yourself looking out from behind bars.
There is a potential solution, which can help you avoid that kind of bad behavior. And that is in the form of self-improvement skills of confidence-building methods that really do work. Brutal fighting can be malicious; and it can be an illegal bad habit that you should avoid. That kind of fighting often leads to assault charges and it can get you arrested. Fighting is an illegal bad habit and you could spend time in jail after you are convicted.
Break Bad Habits
People sometimes simply do not think before they do something. However, if they actually think about what they are doing, their thoughts are of hatred and destruction. Vicious fighting often results in injury and sometimes even death. You really need to break bad habits like fighting; before you go too far.
Fighting often occurs in bars, and barroom fights can become bad habits. People commonly become intoxicated, so there may not be enough reasonable people around the room who can add a calming effect on the situation. There can also be a shortage of sober people in bars.
There could be a need for available men, or of available women for socializing. The bar could be crowded, so there may not be an adequate amount of places to sit. This may lead to animosity, which could result in malicious fighting. Frequenting bars, where fights are commonplace, may become a bad habit in and of itself for a number of people
Domestic violence is not limited to men. One partner may think it is their “right” to hit their partner in the face, or to kick where the sun don’t shine. That kind of insensitivity can be an illegal bad habit that you should avoid.
One partner may have no reluctance about throwing their mate to the floor, even if she happens to be pregnant. Is that kind of behavior a bad habit? Yes, it can be. Such behaviors are examples of the most malicious types of behavior and you really need to break bad habits such as those; if not for your self, do it for the ones you love.
Self-Improvement Skills Build Self-Confidence & Develop Self-Esteem
You can stop bad habits, especially those that are violent. It could prevent you from going to jail if you simply use confidence-building self-improvement skills that help you develop self-esteem. The best one that I am familiar with is based on Aristotle Ethics, the ancient Greek philosopher. Aristotle may have actually came up with the dogma; or it could have been Plato, who probably received them from his mentor Socrates, and then Plato handed them down to Aristotle.
It does not really matter how he came up with the idea, Aristotle did more than simply intellectualize a theory. He described personality traits in Nicomachean Ethics; and he talked about how you can create a good life for yourself. Aristotle’s wisdom is really quite simple. In essence, you must avoid excesses and live a balanced life.
You can build self-confidence and develop self-esteem with self-improvement skills that are based on Aristotle Ethics; and so you will naturally start being considerate of others. Sometimes all you really need to do is build self-confidence and develop self-esteem to start acting like an ethical human being.
As a matter of record, I used to have a reputation back in the whole eastern part of New Mexico and western Texas that you… Well, let me tell you a little factual story that will explain my point.
My cousin and his friend were walking in a Clovis, New Mexico city park; when I was in high school. Three or 4 guys apparently had plans to mug them. I’m not sure how many there were because I didn’t live in Clovis. But my cousin’s friend said, “I know Mike Brown.”
