Old Catholic Deacon Launches Online Ministry
Journey of the Heart in Christ and Love with Rev. Deacon Katherine Appello, where faith is about growing and learning, not hating or rejecting.
Though Christianity remains the dominant religious faith in America, it seems the convenience of the Internet is making going to Prayer Service etc… less and less of an occurrence.
In response to this growing trend, Rev. Deacon Katherine Appello, a deacon in the North American Old Catholic Church, is launching, through an online webinar tool, Journey of the Heart in Christ online interactive ministry programming, which she also hopes to expand to also offering in Spanish in 2010. The online ministry will offer not only interactive prayer service, but also meditations and seminars online.
In addition, there will be webinars offered that will range from topics and meditations such as the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Ecclesiastes Rhyme and Reason, Psalms and more. The goal is to help us, through contemplation and deeper awareness, realize how we can apply them to our own lives.
Rev. Deacon Appello will also be seeking sponsors to help this ministry move to the next level and offer live prayer service and events as well.
